Turnout for the contest has been low and no poems grabbed me enough to post today and consider them for The Lineup #4. However, I've always thought the thick of summer was July, so I'm willing to extend the contest through Sunday, July 25. Send your best poem incorporating summer and crime to g_so AT yahoo DOT com. I'll post up to three favorites here, and the co-editors and I will consider them for The Lineup #4.
In other news, July 31 marks the end of the general submission period for Issue 4. We will reopen September 1 through October 31 to invited submissions only. Before submitting, read our guidelines.
