Sarah is an adjunct faculty member for the University of San Francisco and is the author of A Pen and a Path: Writing as a Spiritual Practice (Morehouse Publishing, 2005). Her poems have appeared in SageWoman and The Five-Two ("The Restraining Order"). Over the course of 30-some years, Sarah has published essays and articles in print and online on the topics of education, recovery, parenting, spiritual direction, and creativity.
